My 93 bird wont start

Ok yesterday i woke up and my car wasnt starting, but i kept cranking the engine and it finally started, then 10 mins later i shut the car off and started the car with no problems. Now today i went to start it and the car cranks but now it wont start at all, i am devastated, i need my car for everything.

Have you checked to see if it was getting fuel and/or spark? When you turn on the key do you hear the "whirring" sound from the fuel pump? Check the fuel filter.

If it's not getting spark go through the iginition parts (coil, ICM, etc) and check for resistance. If you're not getting spark it's usually a bad coil. A Hayne's manual will tell you the resistance of each component.

It could be that something is failing, and has not yet completely failed.

i know its kinda late but i did a full tuneup and now my car has never had the problem again. The car had original plugs and wires. I changed to bosch plat. +2 and bosch plat. wireset. Pcv valve, k&n cold air intake, fuel filter, and oil change. Runs fine now!!!
