First time to track
well i finally made it out to the track........did turn out so good. my tranny has been grinding going from first to second for a while now never really thought much about it. BUT now i am the first run i grinded like a mother fucker and it wouldnt go into gear AT ALL and i ran a 12.2 this is a 1/8 mile btw. well second race i raced my fiends GS-T. well same thing got a good launch got him off the line pritty good, went to go to second and nothing had to let rpms drop to about 4k before it would go in ended up running a 11.2 that time well went to turn around at the end and no first gear........so now i gota get another tranny im gana get one of my other ones rebuild i still have 2 3 4 5 they all work fine 1st is just FUCKED it wont go in at all.
oh yea one more thing i might be geting a red 97 talon TSI AWD the tranny is also going out in it but i gota call the guy and see what hes asking on it.

Theres a 97 TSI AWD locally for sale, 5spd, 120k, green, good shape, no mods, and its $5600. I'll talk to them if you want it.

 Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order. The Purple People Eater will ride again... January 2011 can't come soon enough.
