Cam Gears

Can someone give me a website on adjustable cam gears so i can learn about what they do?

well its the same thing as a cam gear but usually lightened and all they do is let you advance or retard your timing easily. hence the word adjustable.

Pretty much what he said. It lets you adjust your timing more than your distributor will allow and without having to pull the belt off and move it there, and you can get a lot more fine tuning with it.

How about a site on how to tune with them? As in how to actually use them to tune the engine.

There are too many variables between each engine and each setup. What works with one setup may not work best for the same setup on another car. I have a book called High-Performance Honda Builder's Handbook Vol 1, it has a very basic description about how to do it and why to do it. I recommend checking that out, there is like 4½ pages on how to baseline them and quite a bit on how to figure out where to move them to (though some of the info for that is in other sections of the book). If you have any luck in finding a web page about it, it should be a pretty long article.
