AC Clutch Squeal
My 95 1.6L Tracker has developed a squeeking or chirping sound coming from the AC clutch which is getting louder & more frequent. The squeel or chirp seems to soften some when the AC is turned on but you can still hear it. I am worried that it will sieze the clutch while I am on the road & require repair at the most inconvient time.
I searched this forum but came up empty. Anyone have any ideas if this can be fixed or what I can expect next? Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks, Gumby_CT
