We have set up a Yahoo group for people who were caught up in the raid on Westheimer on Saturday, August 18, 2002. We are considering a class-action suit and would like to get the ACLU involved.

My daughter had a gun pointed at her head through her car window, and she and two of her friends were arrested and jailed for criminal trespass when they had just driven through the Sonic and gotten cherry limeades! They were not read their rights. They were not allowed to sign their own citations. They were not given copies of anything. Her 2002 Honda Civic sustained about $300 worth of damage to a brand new exhaust system because of the stupid wrecker driver.
