1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Oil Pan Problem?

Hey,
I have to change the oil pump in my 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee which would seem like an easy task but the transmission lines, starter, y-pipe, ect is in the way. I was able to get all of the other parts removed but the oil pan will not pass by the axel. We were told that we would have to jack up the body of the truck so the suspection will drop. The Problem is that it still is not enought room for the oil pan to pass through.

So if anyone has any suggestions as to what i could do for this problem i would greatly apreciate it.
