Thinking about buying an 2003 ZR2
Thinking about buying this car but have a few questions. The owner said he replaced tierods, a-arm bushings, and the cv shafts. He also says the steering arm knuckle needs to be replaced. The car has 120000 miles on it. I am wondering it is normal for this stuff to be replaced at this amount of miles or if he may have beat it up. The body looks very nice so it is hard to tell if he ragged on it. Also I am wondering if the 2.5 liter engine will go for many more miles or not. He was asking 5500 but he is leaving the state and must get rid of it so he said he would let it go for 3500 which I thought was a very good deal. I was thinking of buying it tomarrow so any quick feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Thinking about buying an 2003 ZR2
I just bought a 04 Tracker ZR2. I think they are a great little rig. My buddy that works at the dealer says they rarely come in for much service work. On the flipside though he told me that parts are VERY expensive. I had a 1990 Tracker and drove it for 7 or 8 years and the little thing was pretty much maintenance free. Hoping I have as good a luck with my new one. I don't know much about the 2.5 engine though. 120000 miles is quite high.
