Re: who would win

I rented a V6 Mustang around 03 one time. It didn't feel all that slow and did a decent burn out when power braked but I think the horsepower is below a 3.8 but around what a 3.4 is.

Re: who would win

hm, my friend had a V6 stang and i punched it and punched it..and i couldnt get it to do any burnouts.. >_< maybe the traction control was on, who knows.. but that drop top V6er sucked real bad.. then again, he doesnt take care of his car so.. that might be a big reason-

i dont not like the stangs tho, if i didnt find my 97, i would have bought a 97 'stang.. they just command a > price than the LT1 Fbods..

Re: who would win

l heard that v6 mustangs are not that slow cars.. all l know is, l have driven one of my friends 96 v6 mustang, that thig was sooooo slooowww.. he wanted to line up and we did, as soon as l hit the gas with my LT1, l just jumped ahead and pulled on him very very hard and he was very small on my rear view mirror
l have raced 2004 v6 mustang once (lady driver) l put 20+cars on her by the time l hit 70-80 l believe.. ( my point is if you are into speed, power, v6s are not the right car, get an LT1-LS1.

there ya go!! man but when you get a loan these days, you have to pay on it atleast a year because the 1st year is all intrest. And after a year, you should have some credit. Get a credit card also, that builds credit up fast to, but don't get in debt with it!

Re: who would win

yeah.. it was in my 88 firebird.. i found out new (2000+) mustangs are faster than stock TPI's.. haha, it was a fun drive tho and yours (06) is faster than the generation before that..

and yeah, i would take a 02 firebird over a 06 stang.. but then, thats all relative isnt it... if we were smart, id take the stang, sell it, buy a 02 WS6 and keep some cash.. haha, but thats the whole 'new value' its cool to have a brand new car tho, so you KNOW it hasnt been abused.. and sadly since LS1 powered Fbodys arent made anymore.. sometimes its hard to find unabused ones..
