Post Radio Antenna

Have 2004 LS is it possible to get to the antenna plug at the back of the radio with out removing everything? Would like to plug an XM radio modulator into it and it goes between the antenna plug and the radio.
Thanks Tom

Re: Radio Antenna

nope, you have to take off the dash trim to get the radio out.

Good How-To at ImpalaHQ.com.

It's not hard, a couple screws, and the rest is just retainer "tabs" it just snaps into and out of place, once you get the screws out from behind the fuse covers on eash side of the dash.
