Need help with detail master hose clamps

Im currently working with the hose clamps, i put 2 in the intake of the car, they look good, but i know they would look better, in just these 2 i spend like an hour,(dificult) if anyone can give me some tips using the clamps, i apreciate it, thanks

Its nice to have a nice selection of Aluminum tubes so that you can prewrap them on a slightly smaller diameter (no glue involved) before applying to actual kit part. Then they fit nice and snug and need just a small dap of CA to hold.

DM hose clamps are straight photoetched strips? I find that BMF matte aluminum looks just as good, and is somewhat easier to work with (not to mention much cheaper). Got any pics of what you're doing?

I just buy aluminum tape (adheasive backing) and just cut very thin precise strips and just stick them on. Looks great too and more affordable.

This works for me, I lay some regular masking tape on a piece of glass, color it with a silver Sharpie, let it dry and cut it into thin strips.
