98 Neon Trunk Light

I recently bought a 98 Neon. The trunk light won't turn on. The fuse is ok. Is there an activator, and if so, where is located. Me thinks it needs replacing.

Re: 98 Neon Trunk Light

if i recall right its between the light and where the wire goes into car.

basically it should be within the first 2 feet of the wire from the trunk.

it reads a motion type switch. when the trunk raises the little thing inside the acctuator moves and the light comes on so it has to be on the trunk lid some where inline.

if im not making sinse its cause im under the influence
