1st gen B16a head on B20 crvtec

Are there any problems with using the head from a first gen b16a when building a crvtec engine. Most B series engine parts are interchangable?

You need to get the compustion chamber on the head machined out to match the larger bore of the B20.

Thats the only real problem I can think off.
The problem being if you get it wrong the engine will never work properly.

Well if you didnt get the head machined before you stuck it on, then it could be running a lot better.

The serious problems I know you could have would be if you advance your intake cam timing too much (past +3° or so) the valves can hit the piston, that causes large problems. Reference www.crvtec.com
