Lebaron windshield wipers electronics
My windshield wiper fuse keeps blowing whenever i put one in it, has anyone has this problem before , and if so what can i do to fix it?

if you havent fixed your problem yet i came across this same problem with my 92. replace the wiper motor. it has an internal short.

There is a large rubber thing above the motor and around the wipres , anyone know how to get that off?
