2000 Sienna Lights Malfunctioning Badly Crazy Electrical Problem

Here's what happened...

when I press on the brakes with my headlights off, the dashboard lights up. I eventually noticed that I had a brake light out and the third brake light stayed on all the time and got brighter when I pressed on the brakes.

I changed the brake light bulb.

The dashboard doesn't light up anymore and the third brake light only comes on when i press the brakes. Yea!

But now the tail lights don't come on if I have the headlights on. Also the sidelights don't flash when I lock/unlock the car using the remote clicker and the passenger window sometimes only goes up halfway and gets stuck until i restart the car.

I'm only driving in the day time, until someone can help me.
