exhaust opinion
What do you guys think of this muffler
http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...ne=main&id=767 I heard of dynomax too and what would be the best way to go to keep it sounding legal. Im gonna do a 4-1 header, cat, resonator, 2.25 piping. I live in a city where the cops will pull you over for anything so I want it to sound low so I could drive beside a cop without getting pulled over. Also what about this resonator http://vibrantperformance.com/produc...log05/pg24.pdf it would be 1790 or 1791 and I would get 2 possibly? Any help would be much appreciated Thanks |

Re: exhaust opinion
It looks like it could be relatively loud, and I know what you mean the cops around here are cracking down hard too so I'm in the same boat as you looking for a good exhaust. And judging by what other people have been telling me the perfect set up for us would be a 4-1 pacesetter header, with a 26" dynomax thrush glasspack/resonator, high flow cat, with a 20" dynomax super turbo muffler with a tip, with 2.25 piping. If you go with this, it would also be a HELL of alot cheaper, $200+ for a muffler? C'mon now, these super turbo ones go for about $50, don't be fooled by the price, it's still Dynomax and i've heard alot of good things about these. I've been doing alot of research on this for the past week and i've been hearing alot of those products so, I'm thinking that's what I'm gonna be going with too, aside from the pacesetter 4-1 header.
