Numerous HVAC problems

My '99 Intrigue has 123,000 miles on it. I have been to the dealer 3 times in the past month for the following HVAC issues:

- HVAC was blowing hot on driver's side and cold on pass. side. Dealer replaced HVAC controller and recharged refridgerant.

- After several days, AC would not blow cold. Dealer checked for leaks and replaced the Schrader valve.

- After several more days, AC stopped blowing cold. Dealer got car on on lift and found a hole in the compressor from a rock thrown up from the highway. Replaced compressor and recharged AC again.

- AC blew cold for a week, but today the fan would not run in the AC. I could feel the cold air in the vents, but it would not blow out, and all manual attempts to get the fan to work or run faster failed. The blower motor was replaced last year after a typical squeaking problem, so it's likely not that. Bad resistor, maybe?

Needless to say I'm incredibly frustrated with the HVAC and the dealer right now. All this work has cost me a substantial amount of money ($1300) and yet today I still had no AC as the fan was not working. Please help!
