help car skipps and spudders
my civic has been doing this weird thing where all of a sudden it will skip and spudder. I think it might be a common problem with the 4th gen w/ dpfi b/c my friends 88 does it too. I took it to two different honda dealers and they said they can't find anything wrong. Anyone ever had this problem?

When does the problem occur?
It sounds like a problem I've had in the past where if I was coasting down a hill, when I got to the bottom and stepped on the gas, it would sputter a bit and then take off, almost like the fuel was running a little too rich... I also took the car to a shop who said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. The problem stopped after I reset my ECU though. give that a shot.
