Where can I go with this?

Since the day I got my DSM, EVERY single I have driven, has been vandalised at school (excpet for my newly acquired RX-7 which I don't dare take to school). Today, some kids thought it would be funny to spit out chewed up food all over my truck window. I was right pissed. The upside to this, is that the lady who lived at the house I was parked in front of, got their license plate number. The thing is, I've spoke with my principal five times already and nothing's been taken into action. He always says he's going to do this, do that, but shit keeps happening.. and not only to me. My buddie's 1976 Mustang got hit and run. My other friend's emblems have been stolen off his car, hood dented from assholes jumping on it, dented wheels, etc.

What I want to know is, what can I do with the license plate number? What would the police do? Would they even care or dismiss it like every other report I've given them. Should I just tell my principal that I refuse to go to school until he sets up a zero tolerance policy? Should I take it into my own hands and beat the shit out any driver that even gives my car a dirty look?

I'm so stuck, so mad, but I'm sick of being quiet and letting people do this to me. I want to stay as responsible as possible, I don't this to get the best of me, but use it to my advantage instead. Any help?

Talk to the principal first. Do not hit the kid. A kid knelt on my hood and put dents in it. I hit him 1 time and knocked him out cold. He went into a seizure and had to spend a night in the hospital. At school I didn't get in any trouble but with the cops I did. The cop wanted to charge me with substabntial battery which is a felony. If I were 17 at the time I would have been cuffed and taken in and possibly be doing prison time. Talk to the principal first man and try to work something out. If the car is damage they have to pay restitution.

Talk to the principal and contact the police and see if they can do anything about it.

As much as I agree with 2.2straightsix, that would do nothing but land you in a bunch of trouble.

Violence, while sometimes nesicary, I don't think is quite the way to go... yet. First off, talk to your principal again. Tell him, and don't be rude about it, that if he doesn't do something that you will talk to your parents. If after a day or two, nothing is done, talk to your parents. Not going to school will do nothing but get your parents in trouble. Have your parents talk to the principal. If nothing is done after that, it might be time to think about contacting a lawyer. This is a very serious matter. Don't let people tell you that it's just a prank, yadda, yadda.

These kids that are doing this are going to grow up to be thugs and punks.

Hide in the truck, or close to with some friends. Pour buckets of various fluids over them. Like crap, piss, puke, bukkage, soysauce, eggs, spit, purple paint and used tampons/condoms.

This borders on vandalism, not to mention the ethical side of it, but find what they drive, put some gorgonzola or limbergur cheese on the engine block. Once it warms up, its gonna stink. The cheese melts off fairly quickly, but the stink stays for weeks.

I have parked somewhere else and same shit happens. I've already moved to five different locations. I live too far away to walk. I could take the bus, but then I'd be late for work, and sporting events, among other things. If it were that easy, I'd be doing that already.

Seriously? I'd go with other people and say go to the principal. If this shit keeps happening to not just one person, then you need to tell him he's being too lax on enforcing the rules and tell him what you want done. If nothing is done, go to the police with the license plate numbers, and your parents to talk to the principal.

sounds like a good Idea. That way you have proof and nobody can say anything when their face is on the screen. It may not be enough to get them in trouble the first time though But it surely will be enough to let them know that if repeated again it will result in some action.
