98 Lumina LTZ?

i don't know much about cars, but i know that my A/C stays on if i turn it off. I have it set at 0, and its still blowing cold air or Heat depending if i set it on ac or heat. I don't know why, but i keep on getting air coming out the vents. Any1 help?

is the air coming from the dash vents or the floor vents? because on my '93 whenever you turn the air or heat off, a small bit of air will still come from the FLOOR vents. If this is the case for you, I don't think that there's anything wrong (it is supposed to happen). hope that helps

Unfortunately, it comes from the dash vents. I will turn it off, and it will still be blowing at low speed. I switch from heat to a/c, it starts blowing cold air even if its on off.

That's strange. Hopefully someone has a solution for you. I really like these cars, they just have little annoying problems that are hard to solve.

Does your car have climate control or manual control a/c?

an ltz i would assume has digital climate control. if so, i would assume it's a bad fan controller.
