Jet Engine
i generally dont like the sound of exhausts, but what i do like is the sounds the engine and the turbo make when boosting
i want to go for the "jet engine" kind of sound, so what components do you guys think i should include when making a custom turbo/cat-back exhaust... i like these mufflers: http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...ne=main&id=386 i really like the dual tips, so which would be quieter 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, or 4 inch outlets? |

My car has a 3" straight pipe and you can hear the turbo at idle. When i get the stroker kit i might bo for a 4" exhaust.

Mostly just to say it has a 4" exhaust, it depends on how much all the piping would cost.

Sound is way more the engine than just the muffler. A good sounding car will sound good with basically any muffler and a shitty sounding car will sound shitty with any muffler. $150 is WAY too fuckin much for a damn 17" x 6" tube with a 3" pipe on one side and a 4" on the other. Buy one of those crazy no name ones, it will do you just as good.
