Angry I really screwed the pooch

Well, I just had to it. I took out my guage cluster and took it apart to see how easy it would be to replace the faceplate. It was easy. I put her back together and went for a test drive and "LO AND BEHOLD" I am 30mph off.
Also, anyone know where I can black faceplates with the blue ticks. All I am finding are the white ones.
Anyone know how to fix that? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

John

Re: I really screwed the pooch

I took the plastic cover off and put it back in the car. I know that at 3k rpm and 5th gear I am at exactly 70mph. So I would stop the car and put the end of the needle on the stop post and bend it downwards a tad while putting the base on the post. I would then run up to 70mph and adjust accordingly. If it was off I would stop and take off the needle and bend a little further until I got it right.

I prefure the sheep to the pooch. The Baaahhhh is a little more subtle in the middle of the night.

Re: I really screwed the pooch

i got my black gauges from Eba and they are cool . i like the fact that it is a subtle change and if you didn't know any better they look stock until you turn on the lights.

Re: I really screwed the pooch

I have sorta a funny story about sheep getting fucked....

A couple summers ago I went to Norway... it was a really great time. The hot to ugly girl ratio is like 10:1 no joke. So anyway, we are riding through some really pretty rolling hills n' shit and we pass this sheep farm. I see a sheep go to get some milk from its mom. Well, turns out this was a confused little sheep and it was trying to drink from his daddy. I guess dad was very very pissy and appearantly horny as hell, because when the baby went for milk, the male sheep just mounted the baby and fucked it in the head really hard! Man it was fucking hilarious. He kinda pushed it on the ground and was just pounding away on the poor confused baby sheeps face. My brother just turns to me with this crazy look and was like, "Did I really just see that?"

I did NOT need to hear that story, I feel bad for the baby sheep.

That is really messed up, what made it funny was that you remember all the little details to make the mind create this mental image of a little sheep getting pounded to death by this daddy sheep. That's fucked up. lol
