REALLY don't like it, going crazy?

I've tried to play this game multiple times. Right now I was trying for the C5-R(my current goal) , without cheating and keeping on winning the capri rally. This time around, I love road racing, I saw a LeMans race and THIS happens ingame:

Tuning Car Championship, the cars are okay. My car is a torch red corvette Z06. Doesn't matter what exhaust you choose, the sound SUCKS and this vette doesn't sound like a V8 at all. 63 vette race car is nice though. Next, why the hell can't I find the right tune for a competitve race but where they do not mow me down on the turns? I have a wheel and pedals, and I've got an IB License all silver, so my driving isn't bad. But all the other cars have 522bhp or around there, And I can't find a tune that even comes close to that either way, it's either 470 or 550.

Also at first I was loosing grip from the other car's pattern, so I switched from medium standards to medium slicks and then the game got too easy...this just doesn't feel like racing, and why doesn't the C5 sound like a V8???!!!!!???!!?!?!

^ there are som cars that dont sound right. I think they will improve on the next one.

yep, w/ GT4. I'm done w/ all the races, now i just have to do the rest of the "missions". they are nearly impossible.

What cars do you use? Do you race with above or below the average race car's power?

I have over 210 cars, so i really dont use just one. i havent raced in a while, now i just buy cars, upgrade them, and see how fast i can get them, or just drive them around. I try to get the power higher than the people i'm racing, BUT, power isnt everything. my rx-7 can kill just about any car in the turns. So you must also know that handling and grip is a factor. is there any specific race you want to know what car to use?

It's not really a game to use favorite cars is it? You need a different car for each race O_O

Well for specific races you need specific cars, yes. but most of the time , they will give you a catagory to choose a car from. When you're stuck in the game like i am, there really isnt anytjing else to do but drive in your favorite cars. Believe me, before you can have fun on the game, you gotta beat some races to get some $$ then you can go and soup up some cars of your choice and have some fun,.

I'm back at it, trying for 25% completion. Then I can watch the Le Mans previews. I'm at 10.8% right now

My NSX can tackle turns like nothing. TUrns on a dime, a bit too good since it can spin out easily if not taking the turn correctly.

I've noticed that they changed the exhaust note on the S2000 from the 2000 model and the 2005 model. Anyways, I enjoy it. Most of the time I'm only buying cars and racing them, drifting them. THe turning, you have to set up it just right. If not, your car will suck at turning and everything else.

I know how to drive. I have all gold in B,A, IA, IB, IC. THe super license is a bit hard to get all gold, but I'm getting there.

When I started this game I didn't know much about road racing. I've actually learned a lot of racing skills from it, especially about the times you brake and accelerating out at the apex.

I should thank GT4 for some help with my driving but I still hate the engine noises. No matter how much better a car sounds from another car in GT4, none of them sound real. Some sound like they were voiced.
