94 Accord starting problem please help

I just got a 1994 Accord LX 2 Door. with the 2.2 liter engine and 5 speed transmission. It runs really good, and just has some damage to the passenger side front fender and bumper that im going to repair asap. The weird thing is, when i got out of school yesterday, i started the car and it started just fine, then i turned it off, then i tried to start it again and it wouldnt start. It would just turn over and over and over, and not hit or anything. Finally it started barely trying to start, but it still would not, then it started just fine and ran fine from then on. anyone have any idea what would cause this? maybe main relay?

Re: 94 Accord starting problem please help

it is a possibility that it's your main relay....search the forums...and there's a post on removing it. once removed...remove the cover from the relay and if you have a solder iron...re-solder all the contacts on the board. put everything back together and see if you have that problem anymore. main relay problems can be intermittent at times and is a cheap fix w/ the right tools if that turns out to be your problem.
