Me and a buddy of mine are putting together a website which lets consumers rate their auto mechanics. I hope that this site helps you guys out. I have worked in my uncle's garage for the last 4 summers and learned how to put a website and database together in college and thought this was a good idea. let me know what you think. We are still filling in the database, so if your shop isnt listed yet, please feel free to list it, and any feedback is welcome.

That's a good idea. More and more people are turning to the internet to get opinions and a site like this is good for "warehousing" customers opinions into a database they can access. It reminds me of angieslist.com which rates home improvement contractors rated by homeowners who have used their services. That site has "caught fire" in recent years and gets a lot of word of mouth advertising.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I hope the site works out. We are still in the process of entering our database and getting the site listed on search engines, but this should all be finished soon.
