I made a thing called "What does it do?" on my sites so that people could read it and find out what exactly the modifications do to the car since a lot of people are unclear on a lot of things.

Basically I just wanted to know if someone would read it and check over to make sure the info was correct since I am not sure on certain things...

I tried to just add mostly stuff I put on my car cuz I have personal experience with it and know what it does.

And oh just to check up on something. Anyone want to give me some info about Struts and Shocks. Do they just absorb shock? And is that just what a spring does?

if im not mistaken, the spring absorbs the blunt of the impact and the strut dampens the spring return. Basically, the strut cushions the spring action.
