Problems with moon roof

My wife has a 2003 ZTS and we have had pretty good luck so far, but the other day I went to use the moon roof for a vent and the problems began. The vent opened and then shut and the glass slid back to completely open. I pushed the button to close it and when it was almost closed it opened again. I finally got it shut by inching it up. I tried again later and still the same problen. Anyone have any ideas?

Re: Problems with moon roof

Make sure the button is not sticking.
Make sure the track is clean and clear of obstructions. Are there sensors that prevent the roof from closing if someone or something is blocking the opening?

Re: Problems with moon roof

It took me forever but I finally got to looking at this again now that the snow has melted. There are no obstuctions and the switch is not sticking. I called the dealership and they claim they have never heard of it before and had no idea what it might be. Of course they want me to bring it by. If anyone has any ideas I sure would like to tackle it myself rather than fork out a bunch of cash.
Thanks
