Starting Problem

I Have A 91 Acura Integra When I Turn The Key The Starter Motor Dosen't Turn. Replaced The Starter Motor And The Ignition Coil Same Problem. Checked The Starter Relay It Checked Out Ok. What Else Should I Check? CHECKED ALL FUSES(ECU,.ETC).

neutral/safety switch....connection from positive post to starter...starter ground. Don't know what 91 integra has but...camshaft pos. sensor or crank pos. sensor.
