TJ Sport/burning out rear u-joints HELP!

Bought Jeep in January, have gone through 2 sets of rear u-joints. Rear Axel one inch closer on the left. Anybody know how to fix this?

No, no lift. It appears that this jeep has been in a 4 wheel accident, looks like junk yard drive line with a yellow mark on the side, skid plate in center and gas tank appear very dented.

Any vibration or other oddities you've noticed?

And when you say you're "burning out" the Ujoints, what exactly is happening to them?
