Unhappy 94 Ranger 3.0 Timing??

Working on a 94 Ranger with a 3.0 V6 in it. I replaced the coil and the truck started but ran rough. I replaced the spark plugs and dist cap and rotor button but makes NO difference. Any ideas??? Thanks in advance........Oh and I check the firing order but it appears to be ok. Is there more than one sequince in the FO or is it C/W 1 4 2 5 3 6 Thanks again

it could be a vacuam leak...check to make sure all hoses are connected and there are no leaks in them.
