Found my problem...
Broke rocker arm. Number 1 cylinder's intake valve. It broke the center swivel part (the part that the stud goes through) in two.
Not anything major, It'll just cost me $42.22 and probably a race this weekend. I ordered two 1.6 ratio rockers awhile ago and they're supposed to be here Saturday, but unless it comes in early, I won't be able to make the race I don't think . All I have aside from what's on the car is 1.5 ratio (2 sets at that, lol), but they coil bind so bad they won't set down, lol (that's what a big lift cam with its requirement of big valve springs will get you guys, lol ). Either way, now we know. And that 6.71 @ 99 mph doesn't sound so bad, lol, considering I was only running on 7 cylinders. Sucks though that a $20 part cost me a sure round win .

Re: Found my problem...
Thanks guys.
Assuming that is the sole problem with the engine, then who knows, it may have some 6.40s passes in it! And you know what 6.40s means??? 9.90s in the 1/4 .
