Lots of problems + airbag code!!!

1.Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum and mustangs as well!! I have a 95 mustang v6 that I bought from a friend. This car has an airbag code (38). i think it has to do with the left crash sensor not being properly mounted but I have checked it and everything seems fine. Has anyone ever had this problem?

2...this car is also idling way too high (about 2000 rpm) sometimes when I turn it on it goes away but as soon as I start driving it the idle goes high again. I checked the IAC valve as described on the manual and I found that the IAC valve is not getting any voltage from the pcm. I checked the egr valve which share common ground and found that the egr is geting power. Could there be a problem with one of the wires or maybe pcm? I checked for vaccum leaks but nothing. It also keeps on runing after I shout it off. I think it's called (dieseling).

3...One last one...the trans shifts real hard (auto). when I move the shift lever to D it kinda takes a couple of seconds to shift and go. same for all the gears. You guys think that an oil and filter change will help it or is this an interior problem such as the valves or the servos sticking?

Well thanks alot. I know it is a long thread but it's better than having to write a thread for each question. Thanks and any reply would help!!!!!!!!
