2000 z24 cavalier dim headlight

i have a 2000 z24 cavalier. the driver side headlight is very dim no matter if the low beams or hi's are on. my ay time running lights don't come on and when i start the car and out it in gear i can hear the relay click bout 6 times and the drl light flashes.i've changed bulbs and tryed seeking where the ground connects. any ideas???

if its the DRL relay you're talking about clicking 6 times, i'd say thats definetely your problem, also, when that DRL light flashes, thats indicating theres a problem somewhere with your exterior lights

Which side? Most GM cars have a fuse for each headlight. You should check the headlights fuses in the fuse/relay compartment under the hood. For some odd reason, the headlight will come on dim even though the fuse is blown.
