Timing belt cover

Hi there guys, I wonder if you can help me. I'm away to attempt to change the water pump on my friends 1995 1.2 Clio. I'm quite confident to do it but the wierd thing is I've taken off the the engine mount and I can only find 3 bolts that hold the timing belt cover on that the engine mount attached to. It won't budge, it's like it's still held in with a bolt somewhere.

Can anyone shed a light on what I'm missing

thanks mark
