94 GMC part II....

The problem progressed. I changed the coil, put on a Jet six pack, and Accel ignition module. No different and after a day it became non-drivable. It started missing so bad it will barely go down the road (35mph).

Again repeated a compression test and found a low cylinder, found that the lifters have started to collapse so I replaced them considering the intake already needed to come off no big deal.

It idled fine until I put it in gear and the problem returned, tried to drive it and it died and will not start at ALL now. Gas is making it through the regulator but the injectors do not fire.

Any ideas? How can I get the fuel system into an open loop mode, or how can I hardwire it?
