3.2 rodeo compression

so i've began work on the rodeo again,i have 0 compression in #1,15 in 3 and 15 in 5.30 in 2 60 in 4 and 80 in 6.i've set the timing marks on the pulleys with the marks on the engine and the timing seems to only be a tooth or two off.would this small of an increment of mistiming cause such low compression or should i just say screw it and tear the heads off?
i still haven't heard this thing run and i just want to know for sure before i buy a new engine.
thanks all.
