100% complete?

can you get to 100% complete? i only have a couple of endurance races and i have 150 cars but im only 96.7% complete? do i need to have all golds on the liscense? do you need to own every car to get 100%? i need help man i have put 2 years into this and being married with 3 kids thats hard to do!!!! also im using the force feedback wheel if that makes a diff?

yup. in Arcade mode, too.

you have to have every thing complete and have a high win to loss ratio
so if you get a 99.99999999%, just win alot of races
