Re: Clutch & Flywheel

that would depend on the mileage of your current clutch, which you didn't post.

Re: Clutch & Flywheel

Thats a long time on a clutch. I would swap it then and if you dont plan on heavly modding it just go with an ebay clutch.

Re: Clutch & Flywheel

you should change the fly wheel to anyways if its got the same as your clutch. I think if u never want clutch problems again (or for a very long time)you should go with an act 2100 really good clutch. The problem with clutches isn't the cost of the clutch its the labour (assuming your getting it done by a sho which it seems like you are). So its better to not go cheap and then run into the same problem again and pay for things twice.

Re: Clutch & Flywheel

you can get a whole kit on ebay for like 250 just go with that you are not going to need a real expensive clutch. i got the xtd stage 3 in my 92 tsi awd and its probally the best clutch ive had in any car yet

Re: Clutch & Flywheel

Again, ACT's have had problems with the springs coming out lately and the company not being there for it's customers.
