Exclamation wiring diagram for a 2000 type R

so i have this 2000 type R and it wont start, i have power to the starter just not to the part that tells the starter to ingage (solinoid) i also have no fuel, there pump is not turning on. i doint have a fuse guide to tell me wich fuse does what, there is a section on my fuse block that has fuses and no power at all, i have power to the distributer. the ignition switch is brand new and i had to re pin part of it after i tried to start it and found out that it was pined differant from the old one. all my dash lights work and so does my radio. i do have a light that stays on it is a key light and it is green it never goes off.

is there some sort of security thing going on? also under the dash there is this little black box with a green button on it, there are 2 plugs that can fit into it and they are right new to each other. but only one goes in. i tried starting the car with the other plug in and i even hit the button. still nothing.

any help or ideas would be nice. i cant find a wiring diagram for a 2000 type R on line anywhere.

ok i just checked out the computer and its a Skunk2 OBD1 computer in there and it has the adapter harness, so is there some sort of security thing i have to by pass whith that? any ideas will help
