Front Door Panel Removal on 97'

Hi guys. I am trying to remove the inside door panel on my 97 Bravada so that I can replace my factory speakers. I have gotten the panel with the electric window/door switches out and popped out the bottom and sides of the panel but can't seem to get it any further. After I have popped out the bottom and side do I lift straight up to remove it completely? Also how do I get the section off around the door handle?

Lastly is there a separate procedure for the rear door panel as I want to tackle those speakers next?

Thanks for any info,

Re: Front Door Panel Removal on 97'

where the door handle is to close the door. the little dish there. theres a plastic plate u have to pop off and than there are 2 bolts right there. I forget the size but there small like an 8 MM. once u take those bolts out and your window and lock assmbly off. the pannel just pops of and slides up. should be the same for the rears also

good luck
