Borla or SLP cant decide!

I am ready for a new catback, and i have the money ready for a borla cat.
My main goal is to get something nice and loud, but still sound deep and basicly, nice, at the same time.. but you cant forget the loud part.
So ive come to the conclusion that i am torn between borla, and SLP.
SLP is $400 for the setup, and borla is $800...
I understand borla looks better, witch is obvious, but im also HEARING, havent actually heard, just peoples opionons, that slp is much louder and does just as good, if not better then borla for half the price.
I need some major input here from people who have slp or borla, or have heard both and could tell me witch way to go becuase i have the money read to go and its just burning a hole in my pocket...
I have a 92 rs 305 tbi if that makes any difference, not sure if one sounds better on the tbi then another

All I can tell you is SLP is LOUD but raspy sounding... it's not quality sound...

thats what ive been hearing, slp is "god damn that hurts my ears" wile borla is "wow that hurts my ears in a good way"
I kinda want both, but more of a nice sounding setup

i say borla because it sounds good deep and loud, a good loud all at the same time. slp is loud and anoying after a while, slp is realy anoying if you have headers.

i went with flowmaster 80 series, with 3in pipe and no cat, sounds great, very loud, very beefy everyone asks me if i have a cam

just suggesting the flowmaster option, ive heard all 3 i like borla but i like the flowmaster better, although i would go with borla if you still have ur cats

Between Borla and SLP....I dont know. I know slp is frekin loud and sounds pretty good. Havent heard any Borlas though.
