Re: condensation?

If your heater core goes or starts to leak you get more fog build up when you drive. Maybe you just have another leak in your car....like the door jams, winshield seal, etc.

Re: condensation?

I have the same problem the windshield is the worst and it happens when its sitting so kinda rules out the heater core.

Exactly right. One of your seals may be leaking(windshiel, door, etc.) I found a leak on my car by turning the air, hot or cold, all the way up and taking it to one of those do it your self car washes. I just found where the bubbles were coming from and replaced my drivers door seal.

Re: condensation?

Not necessarily. You could have a small leak that may not leak from the heater case. It doesn't take much to get condensation, I have seen many leak without coolant on the floorboard.
