New 06 Sonata LX-price?

I just test drove one last night. Seems to be a nice car with all the features I want. My wife and I like the car and are most probably going to buy it.

Can anyone tell me what's a good price to pay for the 06 LX model?

We bought one about a month ago and I believe we paid about 19,400 for it. Ours was the GLS v6 model, no leather for us . Here's a link to help:

It looks like invoice is about 2 grand below sticker. Also, there's a $1000 cashback deal going on now. With the sunroof and audio option I wouldn't pay more than 23,000.

I got mine for 20,500 out the door. I live in NJ.
