Nissan 95 loosing power

There is loss of power with this truck . Sometimes I must press the clutch twice to start it. There is a louder than usual "sucking" noise when accelerating and gaining RPM's. I am spending more gasoline than usual because these reasons.

(Someone posted the same problem before but no replies appear in that thread.)

Can someone please help me with some guidance?

but when is the last time you did a proper tune up and inspected for broken hoses and general looseness of parts and pieces??
