'06 5.3 Surging

Hey does anyone know why my truck, with about 1300 mi, surges ? It doesn't seem like a new rig should be doing this. I did a search on the subject but it seems most were about trucks that have 50,000 or so miles. Should this be happening ? Help

I would take it in for warranty then you don't have to worry about it.

Yeah, I agree! But, be ready for the stealership to blame it on you! Bad fuel or...

Go armed with the info you need to force them to fix it if they baulk. Know when it does it (rpm, speed and load factors come to mind), know what fuel you are putting in, and if it has been several fills vs. just the most recent etc...
