99 Ek 2door hatch h22a-s swap

hi i need to know if its possible to have the power steering in the 99ek 2 door hatch with an h22a-s engine !!! i dont mind about the Ac i have one in my teg 1998 Gs and i dont use it but now i want to make myself a Fun car to drive at nigth and race lol with my buds

and anyone know if its possible to fit an integra interior ( dash into that civic ) ? because i hate the civic dash but if i cant ? can i just change the cluster and put the integra one ( with the one that has a 260km/h top speed yeah it rev 8500rpm ? but any one know how much rev an h22a-s ? with 220hp and 163lb of torque ?

i have the cash to spend on it i wanted to buy a srt-4 or something like this but ha i love to much honda to go drive a shit box like that lol ;P
