Thnx everyone

well, its all about how the light comes..

in this one, i thought it would come from behind, and the reflections on the hood is the windshield/roof line that is reflecting in the hood.

i didnt want any lines there, were actually gonna do it even darker but i keeped it lighter

its too late to add lines, his 40 now and the drawing is at my friends wall now

Re: Buick electra -64

The dark is right on.

If I were going to be nit picky I would say lighten the entire rear of the car to make the front punch out of the page. You know I read about that from some of the pros, it is called atmospheric depth or something like that. Basically things are lighter in tone the further they are from the viewer. Now to me the problem I have always seen is that you can't tell this atmospheric effect in just 15-20 feet (lenght of a car) so I am not sure why some auto artists do this. I guess art is art and photos are photos but wait aren't photos art too...anyway just ramblin....hee hee

Great job again
