Whats the best turbo to use on a custom setup- DAILY DRIVER

I heard that tha best turbo for street use is a t3.
Me and my friend are planning to build a custom turbo for our car.
Any suggestions.
And should I get a used turbo or new?
Can anyone find me some prices?

I have this turbo for sale if you want it. I pulled it to use on my homemade setup, but chose to go with a smaller turbo.

Here is what it looks like with all the extra crap taken off.

If you want it, I will sell it for the price I paid.
