A new kit purchase and some ?'s

Just picked up a cheapie Walmart special tonight to add to my stock of "to build in a few weeks/months" (when I get all my tools, etc as I am re-entering the hobby after a close to 25 year absence except for a month about 2 yrs ago when I used 23 yr old skills (NONE).. )...

1940 Willys Pickup/Coupe (choice of which way to build).. $6.43

Anyway.... it has a "flamethrower distrbutor" and I can't for the life of me see how I am going to wire that thing.....

Has anyone built this kit and wired/plumbed it? Care to share photos?

Also, typical of AMT.. minimal callouts for colors..

anyone have photos of an Oldsmobile big block or coloring info?

As it is in the kit, it is too much chrome for my taste....... will probably strip a lot of the chrome and go to blues and reds, etc.
