a lil confused...
is the s14(97) front end the same as the s15 front end?when people do s15 conversions to the 240(95)what is changed?fenders hood bumper all of the above?freakin nissans are so confusing!!!

Not the same thing. S15 conversion consists of the headlights, hood, fenders, and front bumper. Probally headlight brackets too.

hatch back rear with a jdm s13 silvia front. Non flip up lights.
in order to make s15 front fit on any model of 240, they make special conversion fenders. Thats why it looks like they fit perfectly. you cant just freely swap from car to car.

well you can use real s15 fenders but it involves cutting the fenders where the a pikkar meets on both s15 fenders and stock s13 or s14 fenders then bonding the s13/s14 a pillar meeting point to the s15 fender. hope that made sense im drunk but ive seen it done personally and know its possible

to do the whole s15 swap properly, you should also put in the front radiator support...that if you dont feel like doing any cutting on the stock s13-14 one
