If anyone can help me with this that would be great. The car is a 2001 Grand Am GT V6
My temperature gage works some days and then other days it won't work. I don't know why or how to fix it. Also, my service engine soon light just came on. The temperature gage isn't working right now. Could that be the problem?? Thanks for any help that can be given on this topic. The car runs fine otherwise. |

Since you mention you got a service engine soon light i'd get the computer scanned to see if the code helps find the problem. Autozone will scan your computer for free. Kinda sounds like you may have a temp sensor going out, but i'd see what the scan tells you.
